Rising, Again
A Grief & Identity Reconstruction Experience
Grief changed your life.
It doesn't have to be the end of your story.
A guided grief and identity reconstruction experience for people navigating the quiet middle stretch of loss—when everyone else has moved on, but you're still figuring out who you are now.

No spam. Just a note when the doors open, promise.
The gestures of support stopped coming….
The grief didn’t
In the beginning, there are phone calls.
Cards.
Flowers.
People asking how you're doing.
But somewhere around year one. Or two. Or three.
The support fades.
People stop asking.
The world quietly expects you to be "back to normal."
If you've found yourself asking these questions, you're not doing grief wrong.
You're standing in the part nobody talks about.
The long stretch after loss where the work becomes less about surviving and more about rising, again.
And that's often when the real questions begin.
Who am I now that this happened?
How do I move forward without leaving them behind?
Why does joy feel complicated?
Why am I still struggling when everyone else seems to have moved on?
Will I ever feel like myself again?
Most grief support helps you survive.
Rising, Again helps you rebuild.
The early days of grief are filled with resources. The longer seasons often aren't.
Because eventually the crisis passes.
Life starts moving again.
And you're left trying to make sense of what remains.
Not just what you lost. But what changed.
The identity shifts.
The relationships.
The dreams that didn't happen.
The version of yourself that existed before the loss.
Rising, Again was created for this chapter.
Not the beginning of grief. The understanding that comes after.
This experience combines reflection, guided exercises, creative processing, and one-on-one support to help you explore where you've been, what you're carrying, and who you're becoming.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
This isn't about getting over it.
There is no five-step formula.
No pressure to find closure.
No expectation that you'll leave feeling "fixed."
Because grief isn't something we conquer.
It's something we learn to carry differently.
Together, we'll move through three powerful stages designed to help you understand your grief, reconnect with yourself, and create meaning from what remains.
THE FRAMEWORK
The Three Movements of Rising, Again
1
The Reckoning
Acknowledge the story you've been carrying.
Before we can move forward, we have to understand where we are.
In this phase, you'll explore:
✓ What grief looks like in your life today
✓ The emotions you've been avoiding
✓ The identities you've outgrown
✓ The values that still guide you
✓ The gap between what others see and what you're actually carrying
Using guided reflection, emotion mapping, values clarification, and creative exercises, you'll begin putting language to experiences you've been living for months or years.
2
The Rumble
Get honest with what's living inside.
This is where grief begins to move.
Together we'll explore:
✓ The emotions beneath the surface
✓ How you've been protecting yourself from pain
✓ The story gap between what you imagined and what actually happened
✓ The beliefs you've developed about yourself since the loss
✓ What grief is still asking you to acknowledge
This is not about fixing your emotions.
It's about finally giving them room to breathe.
3
The Rising
Build something whole from the pieces.
You are not returning to who you were before.
You're becoming someone new.
In this final phase you'll:
✓ Identify what you want to carry forward
✓ Reconnect with your strengths
✓ Clarify what matters most now
✓ Create a tangible representation of your journey
✓ Build a personal roadmap for continued healing
Through a guided mosaic experience, you'll transform broken pieces into something meaningful, beautiful, and uniquely yours.
Because healing isn't about pretending the breaking didn't happen.
It's about creating something new from what remains.
EVERYTHING INCLUDED
Everything you need to do this work.
The Rising, Again Workbook
A beautifully designed workbook filled with guided reflections, emotion maps, journaling prompts, values work, creative exercises, and grief processing tools.
This isn't a workbook you'll complete once and forget.
It's a resource you'll return to again and again as your grief evolves.
The Mosaic Experience Kit
You'll receive a curated mosaic kit with everything you need for the final integration exercise.
Because some parts of grief can't be processed through words alone.
Creating something tangible allows you to hold your story differently.
The broken pieces matter.
And so does what they become.
A Private 50-Minute Session with Kallie
After you've completed the experience, you'll meet one-on-one with Kallie for a private video session.
Together, you'll process what surfaced, explore what you're learning about yourself, and identify what comes next.
This is where the experience becomes personal.
Ongoing Support
You'll leave with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a roadmap for continuing the work long after the program ends.

About Kallie
I don’t come to this work as someone who figured it out. I come to it as someone who needed it first.
I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in grief, loss, identity shifts, and the long work of rebuilding after life changes us.
Over the years, I've worked with people navigating some of the hardest experiences imaginable.
And I've noticed something.
Most grief support ends long before grief does.
People are given resources for surviving the loss.
Very few are given support for becoming afterward.
Rising, Again was born from that gap.
This experience is for the people who survived the unimaginable and are now asking:
"What do I do with the rest of my story?"
If that's you, I'm so glad you're here.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WALK AWAY WITH
Not closure.
Not a perfectly healed version of themselves.
But something far more meaningful.
✓ Greater clarity about their grief
✓ A deeper understanding of themselves
✓ Permission to stop comparing their journey to others
✓ Language for emotions they've struggled to explain
✓ Increased self-compassion
✓ A stronger connection to their values
✓ Hope for what's still possible
✓ A tangible reminder that broken pieces can still create something beautiful
