Group Experiences for Women

Supportive, relational spaces for women seeking connection, growth, and shared humanity, beyond doing it all alone.

DOES THIS RESONATE?

You want support, but you don’t want to feel like you’re “the only one.”

That’s me!

Group work can be powerful when individual therapy isn’t the whole answer. You might be craving connection, shared understanding, or a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. Group experiences offer the relief of being seen and supported alongside others navigating similar seasons.

Why group experiences can be so impactful

For many women, healing deepens in community. Groups offer the chance to move out of isolation, soften perfectionism, and practice new ways of relating in real time with support, safety, and care.

• shared experiences reduce shame

• connection builds resilience

• growth feels less lonely

• insight deepens through reflection with others

What it’s like to be in a group here

Relational, not performative

You don’t have to show up “polished” or prepared.

Grounded and facilitated

Groups are held with care, structure, and clinical attunement.

Shared, not forced

Participation is invitational, never pressured.

How group experiences work

Group experiences vary in length, format, and structure. Some are time-limited, while others are ongoing. Groups may meet in person or virtually depending on the offering. We help you determine whether a group is the right fit for your needs and season.

Group experiences may be a good fit if you…
