How therapy works at JDF Collective.
A relational approach to therapy for women navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, and life transitions.
At JDF Collective, our work is rooted in connection, compassion, and wholehearted growth.
THE HEART OF OUR WORK
We created JDF Collective for women who are tired of holding it all together.
This is a space where perfectionism can soften, people-pleasing can loosen its grip, and transitions, especially during motherhood, can be held with care instead of pressure.
Not home. Not work. A place where you don’t have to perform, manage, or prove you’re okay. We think of therapy as a third space: steady, relational, and human where you can be witnessed and supported as you are.
Therapy as a Third Space
WHAT IT FEELS LIKE HERE
Warm. Grounded. Collaborative.
We slow things down.
So you can notice patterns without shame.
We get curious.
About what’s underneath the pressure.
We practice new ways.
Boundaries, self-trust, and steadier self compassion.
The clinicians behind JDF Collective
Kallie Allen, M.Ed, LPC-Supervisor, CSC, DWTF
Founder & Therapist
Therapist at JDF Collective
As the founder of JDF Collective, Kallie created this practice as a space where women don’t have to earn care through performance or perfection. Her work is grounded in Daring Way principles, relational depth, and a belief in growth through connection and courage.
Sofia Hoeft, MS, LPC-Associate
Sofia practices from the same relational, compassion-centered framework that guides JDF Collective. She brings warmth, curiosity, and presence to her work, especially with clients navigating transitions, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm.
