The women who come to JDF Collective are usually the ones everyone else leans on. They’re doing it all, doing it well, and exhausted in a way a vacation or a good night’s sleep doesn’t fix. They’re not falling apart. They’re functioning at a very high level while disappearing inside it all.

Most of the women I work with don’t come to therapy because something catastrophic happened. They come because they’ve been running on obligation, approval, and the fear of letting someone down for so long that they can’t remember what it feels like to be okay for real and not just performing okay for everyone else.

The anxiety that won’t quiet down. The burnout that’s settled in like fog. The perfectionism that makes everything harder than it needs to be. The slow erosion of knowing what you actually want. These patterns didn’t come from nowhere. They made sense once. Therapy is where we figure out where they came from and what it would take to finally live differently.
