Why an intensive?

An intensive is a focused, deep-dive experience designed to create meaningful change in a short period of time. Unlike traditional individual weekly therapy or weekly groups that build on skills overtime, intensives offer a concentrated space for reflection, growth, and skill-building in a supportive group setting. Building skills quickly in a concentrated amount of time. These workshops combine research-backed strategies with experiential exercises, allowing you to break through barriers, gain clarity, and walk away with practical tools for lasting transformation.

Whether you're navigating a major life transition, working through perfectionism, or reconnecting with your creativity, our intensives provide a structured yet flexible environment to explore, heal, and grow—all in a way that fits your schedule.
