The
Unclench

A course for women who are exhausted by their own standards.

You've been high-functioning for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to just… be. This course is where that changes — not with more pressure, but with finally putting some of it down.

    Not another productivity hack.
    The opposite, actually.

    01

    A Self-Paced Course

Five modules on your timeline — not someone else's schedule. Video lessons, guided reflection, and exercises you'll actually want to do. No pressure to keep up. That's kind of the whole point.

    02

    A Physical Welcome Box

Mailed to your door when you enroll. Your printed workbook, a permission slip to carry with you, and a few things that say "slow down" without saying it. The kind of thing you keep on your nightstand.

    03

    A Private Community

An optional space on Circle to connect with other women doing this work. Not a chaotic group chat — a calm, moderated room where you can exhale and feel less alone in all of this.

    The woman who knows
    something has to give.

The Achiever Who Can't RestYou've hit every goal and still feel like you're behind. Rest feels like a reward you haven't earned yet.

The One Everyone Leans OnYou're the person people call. But you can't remember the last time you called someone. Tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

Not Ready for Therapy (Yet)You know you need something but a weekly appointment doesn't fit right now. This bridges the gap — on your terms, on your time.

The Mom Running on EmptyYou love your life and you're still depleted. Motherhood shifted something — your identity, your capacity, your sense of self.

The Perfectionist Who Knows ItYou've googled "perfectionism" before. Knowing the patterns and changing them are two different things — this is where the second part happens.

Already in TherapyAnd wanting more. More time, more tools, more community between sessions. This isn't instead of therapy. It's in addition to it.

    Five modules. One through-line:
    put some of it down.

    01

    Where It Comes From

Understanding perfectionism's roots — shame, worth, and the stories you inherited. Not a lecture. An excavation. You'll leave knowing why you operate this way, which is the first real relief.

    02

    What It's Costing You

Naming the burnout with specificity. Not just "tired" — the particular exhaustion of someone who can't stop. Exercises to map the gap between who you are and who you think you have to be.

    03

The Inner Critic (& How to Stop Letting Her Run Things)

Shame resilience work. Softening the voice. Building real self-compassion that doesn't feel performative or fluffy. This is where something starts to shift.

    04

    Resting Without Earning It

Permission structures. Identity detachment from productivity. Boundaries with yourself. The homework in this module is to actually stop doing something. That's it.

    05

Who You Are Without the Pressure

Integration. What does life look like when you're not performing it? Rebuilding self-trust. Setting intentions from your values — not your anxiety. You leave with a self-compassion practice you own.

    Everything you need.
    Nothing you don't.

    5 Video Modules

15–25 minute lessons built for the woman watching at 10pm with headphones in. Warm, direct, real. You'll feel like you're in the room.

    📖

    Printed Workbook

Mailed to your door. Spiral-bound so it lays flat. Reflection prompts and exercises you'll return to. The course lives in here — tangibly.

    Welcome Box

A curated physical package before you begin. A permission slip, something grounding, your workbook. An investment in yourself you can hold.

    Optional: Private Community

A warm space on Circle. Monthly live calls with Kallie, discussion prompts, and women who get it. Add on after you enroll.

    You've known for a while
    that something has to change.

This is the something. Get notified the moment doors open.

No spam. No pressure. Just a note when doors open.

A note from Kallie — This course is psychoeducational content, not a substitute for therapy. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a mental health professional.
