Life transitions can feel like losing yourself, but they’re really an invitation to come home to who you’ve always been. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Hi, I’m Kallie.
I know how heavy it can feel to carry anxiety, perfectionism, or the quiet sense that you’ve lost yourself along the way. On the outside, you may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you’re exhausted from hustling to keep up, and wondering if life was supposed to feel different than this.
I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator with years of experience walking alongside women in transitions of every kind. Before private practice, I worked as a school counselor and play therapist, where I witnessed how deeply our early stories shape the way we show up as adults.
My approach is grounded in Brené Brown’s research and fueled by creativity, connection, and compassion. Sometimes that looks like one-on-one work. Sometimes it looks like sitting in a circle of women and realizing you don’t have to go through this alone. Always, it looks like a safe space to lay down the armor, rediscover your authentic self, and practice rising stronger.
Here, you don’t have to prove anything. You just get to show up and that’s where the real work begins.

My office
In the heart of River Oaks, you’ll find a space that isn’t about performing, producing, or proving. It’s about pausing. Breathing. Remembering you don’t have to have it all together to belong here.
With easy access from the Heights, Downtown, and surrounding Houston areas, therapy can fit into your full life without adding more overwhelm.
This is your place to lay the armor down, even for just an hour, and practice showing up exactly as you are. No perfection required.
Come as you are. You’re in the right place.
